I’m sure both Lorde and Lou Reed would agree, this week’s burger is pure Hare-oin. In fact, I’ll even go out on a limb and say that this burger, comprised of a rabbit patty (ground with dried fig and apricot), draped in a toasty sheep milk cheese, and stacked with vermouth braised pear, quick pickled red onion, and a Dijon vinaigrette dressed mesclun salad, will make anybody feel like a real deal millionhare.
A wabbit burger! Yum! 😀

Looks incredible! Hoping you meant a Mesclun salad and not a salad laced with mescaline.
